This machines are heat sealing and heat cutting rolling bag making machine, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is HDPE, LDPE.Bag-on-roll with paper core production.Its automatic film-break and core-change function help bag suppliers to improve bag making capacity and to reduce energy and man power at the most extent.It adopt double servo motors control system makes producing more stable. 

1.Automatic Counting, automatic roll change , adopt PLC dual servo motor ,and frequency converter to control.
2.One person can  to operate more than one machines .
3.This machine use paper core rolling ,double cots feeding synchronously ,no scratch on scalding mark 
4.Adopt for making thicker bag and large-size bag ,sealing-cutting thickness max:0.03mm
5.After feeding, point breaking and sealing at the same time, the sealing  no stretching and particularly firm, and the distance of sealing bottom line can be 10 mm.
6.The structure of machine adopt alloy steel use computer laser cutting , its thickness , then  at high speed running production , the machine is very stably .

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. Our engineer is onlie for helping you with technical support, also our engineer can come to your factory to help you install and test the machine.And we will  sent you manual and video.

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
