Characteristics
1. Low speed and full load startup;stable running by tension control when increasing and decreasing speed,noise is decreased high dots presentation rate under high speed;clear and vivid stratification of screen printing;strong stereo effect and accurate registering.
2. Aluminum roller adopts the Japan semi-sealing small bearing;flinty oxidation,static and dynamic balancing treatments are conducted;low resistance and small flop.
3. The special made modulus angular gears adopted;accurate printing size and full printing specifications(5mm is a spec).
4. With the air exhaust,blowing and heating settings;the heating system adopts the central thermostatic control system and group management,also with the cold air forming devices.
5. Printing rolls should keep moving while machine halted.

Q1:what's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q2.Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. Our engineer is onlie for helping you with technical support, also our engineer can come to your factory to help you install and test the machine.And we will sent you manual and video.
Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
