FTPE-600 Air Bubble Film Making Machine

This machine adopts once-through shaping technique, thus has high efficiency and excellent product quality. This machine set has such features as scientific and reasonable structure design, smooth and reliable running and convenient operation and maintenance.
Polyethylene air-cushion film (also called polyethylene bubble film), which is divided into two kind: Ordinary polyethylene air-cushion film and composite polyethylene air-cushion film, is a kind of packing material which has been widely used at present. Tt not only has good cushioning effect, shock resistance and heat-sealing performance, but also has such advantages as good corrosion resistance and transparency, etc. So it has been widely used for packing, household wares, post parcel, prcise instrument, bicycle, polyurethane furniture, etc.

Features:

1. This model can produce two layer air bubble film, that is one layer bubble and one layer flat layer.
2. The machine can be equipment with lamination of aluminum foil or EPE foam, so that can make three layers film.
2. Suitable for a wide spectrum of materials, including LDPE, LLDPE, and recycled PE
3. Bubble size according to customer's request. Can produce films with various bubble sizes from dia6 -32, by changing the roller.
4. Variable speed drive can greatly reduce energy consumption.

Q1:what's payment terms ,trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also  accept other way like L/C , wetern union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q2.Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. Our engineer is onlie for helping you with technical support, also our engineer can come to your factory to help you install and test the machine.And we will  sent you manual and video.
Q3. If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case  it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
